The office of The Signature RE, LLC, is located in Lake County Florida nestled among the rolling hills of Clermont. We were established in 2019, as a full-service Luxury boutique brokerage. Our Broker LaVarn, began his real estate career in 2009, with Keller Williams Realty; In his role as a REALTOR®, he has learned a great deal about residential and commercial real estate acquisitions through key fundamentals of sourcing new clients and maintaining existing clients. As his reputation grew from one satisfied client to the next, LaVarn has reached the point where expansion was the only option to grow his brand. In 2012, he had an opportunity to partner with RE/MAX Executive Group, where he learned the value of entrepreneurial ownership and the pride in running a business. Throughout his tenure with RE/MAX Executive Group, Lavarn obtained his broker’s license in 2018 and was promoted to Branch Office Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations, hiring and training established new agent recruits. Ultimately, a dream of opening his own company was imminent. LaVarn’s goal was to create a real estate brand that exerts class, diversity, and professionalism, with a mission to establish an elite stance within the real estate occupational field. Emerged, The Signature RE, LLC! The overall objective and mission are to work tirelessly to grow a recognizable brand. Each REALTOR® is personally hand-selected by LaVarn to make certain that Quality and Professionalism is always our Priority. Today, LaVarn remains the Broker Owner of The Signature RE, LLC where he remains at his desk 7 days a week. LaVarn, is more than honored to represent Clermont FL as his hometown, and he will continue to exert passion and professionalism to help people in a field he has mastered.
